Most Commonly Asked Questions

Can Beginners do a Pilates Reformer Class?

1

Yes! We all have to start somewhere and reformer is no exception. As a beginner its great to have a tailored, small class to start with so you can really get used to how the equipment works and also be guided on how to use it safely. There will be specific classes on the timetable tagged for beginners but any of our Reformer classes will be suitable if you make yourself known at the start of a class.

A Reformer Pilates class is like any other fitness class you need comfortable clothes you can move in, some water and grip socks are a required essential. Don’t worry if you don’t have a pair yet, we sell these in the studio and accept both card and cash payments.

What do I need?

Do I need to book a class in advance or can I just turn up?

3

All of our bookings need to be scheduled via the booking platform, lots of time goes into planning the classes, equipment, space etc. and they are limited so anything we need to know beforehand please do your best to make us aware. If you are looking for private 121 sessions these are arranged directly with the studio at a agreed availability. If you would rather pay in cash for your classes than online, we can also facilitate this by checking the pay at the studio option on checkout.

What is the Cancellation Policy ?

You are able to cancel or rescedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. You can make the changes by logging into your account. When you do this before the notice window allowed your class credit will automatically be added back into your account.

The studio is in a pedestianist area of Prescot Town Centre. If the class your attending is finishes before 10am or after 5pm on a weekday then you will be able to park right outside. There are plenty of free long and short stay parking lots as well as a nearby NCP. Plan your journey in advance and let us know if you have anymore questions.
